What You Can Expect

First Time Guests:

Look for “WELCOME GUEST” signs as you enter our upper parking lot for preferred spaces.

We would also love to meet you at our “WELCOME TABLE” in our lobby!

What can I expect when I visit Prescott Life Church?

You and your family can expect a vibrant, relevant, genuine experience with the Lord and the dynamic people who make up PLC. As you walk in the door you will be welcomed by an usher or greeter. Prior to Sunday service, feel free to stop by the Lakeview Room on the North side of the sanctuary (left side if you are facing the stage). Please help yourself to complimentary coffee & sweets.

What will my first visit be like?

Your visit to PLC will be a refreshing, God-filled experience. Our atmosphere is casual, so feel free to wear whatever is comfortable to you and join us! After church you can meet with Pastor Dave at the front of the church or at our Welcome Table in the back area of the sanctuary. Please feel to visit and ask any questions you may have about PLC. First time visitors will receive a gift from PLC and additional information about our ministries.

What is a Sunday service like?

Sunday services are fun, exciting, relevant and loaded with amazing worship (both contemporary and traditional music), the Word and a time for prayer. Before  and after service our church family enjoys fellowship in the Lakeview Room on the North side of the sanctuary. There we serve complementary coffee and snacks with a great view of Watson Lake! During service we try to keep things moving, but are always sensitive to the moving of the Holy Spirit. Service starts with a time of worship followed by a brief video announcement to keep you updated on the church’s upcoming events and ministry opportunities. Pastor Dave tries to keep his messages around 30 minutes to leave time for prayer at the end of service.

Got kids?

Children 1st through 5th grade have their own service across from the sanctuary in our fellowship hall. Parents will need to stop at the Children’s Welcome Center and sign in their children before going to the sanctuary for service. Your little ones will be cared for & taught the Word of God through age appropriate messages and games. Children will remain with the leaders until a parent signs them out.

Got a newborn or toddler?

Simply stop by the check-in desk of the nursery in the Little Life Center. You will need to sign your child in and out with one of our nursery staff using our computer system with the Kidcheck Software.  We take child safety serious at PLC and employ Safe Church practices. All of our children and nursery leaders undergo an application process including fingerprints and background checks. Our security visits the nursery and children’s church areas during services as well. If at any time while under our care your child has any problems or concerns, one of our workers will contact you through a text message so you can come and attend to their need. Please place your cell phone on vibrate during service and make sure to write your cell number next to your child’s name on our check-in sheet.
